Lets go run!

This summer is coming closer and closer each day in fact it's pretty much here! Usually summer bodies are made in the winter but it's never to late to start. The summer is the funnest time of the season to exercise! You never have to be locked up in a gym because its too cold. In the summer you can run under the beautiful blue sky with the sun shining, doesn't sound amazing? As you look out your window what would you rather do stay inside and watch tv? Or go out there under the loving sun and run? It's your choice but also your future, if you say oh I will tomorrow then that's another day lost of enjoying life while you have it. Running is one of the best cardio workouts! Except a lot of fitness experts tell you to NOT run on a treadmill it's better for you to go out on different levels of ground, while getting fresh air outside! Fitness isn't always about losing weight, sometimes when you go work out or you want to eat right doesn't always mean your on a diet or you wanna lose weight. Eating healthy and exercising is saying you want to get fit and healthy. There are so many ways to lose weight like pills certain diets, or starving yourself, but all of those are the worst ways! Mornings

Sometimes it's hard! Sometimes you don't want to! Oh you'll go tomorrow! You've just been up all night and your to tired. NO! It doesn't matter all your excuses are just holding you back tell your mind to get up! If you were out to late at night that's your fault cause you know you HAVE to get up in the morning to run. Don't let your mind make up excuses get up splash water on your face and go run. Trust me it will be worth it! Like the picture says what's an extra hour just lying around in your bed? It's so much better to get up exercise and get ready for the day. Some days you are tired and want to sleep in and that's totally fine but it is Better you and your body to get up early and catch the fresh air in the morning, there's no better feeling than running in the cool fresh air of mornings. Sleeping in you miss so much of your life and the chances you wish you could have done something would be gone, is it really worth watching the lovely sun rise while your on an amazing run just to sleep in? I think it's easier to wake up even if you don't wan to, because once you open your eyes your already awake so might as well get up anyway and run! 

This summer

Imagine it's the first day of summer 2014. You wake up, hop out of bed and tie on a bikini or one piece, you know what it doesn't matter what you put on because you know you look hot in it. On your way out of your room you stop by the mirrors and smile at yourself. You see all your hard work payed off you finally have the body you've always wanted. This is going to be YOUR summer. The summer you are no longer insecure the summer you can wear short shorts, crop tops, and swimsuits and feel hot doing it. This is the summer where you can go out all night to do whatever, a fair, a party, or even just hanging out with a friend you won't have to worry about how you look or what people think of you.
